Dear Members and Friends of
Temple Beth Am:
We are sorry to inform you
that Hyman Obstein, father of Terri Goldberg, has
passed away.
OBSTEIN - Hyman H. February 2, 2010, beloved husband
of the late Miriam
(Raych) Obstein; loving father of
Michael (Lynn) and Arnold (Erin) Obstein and Terri
(Susan Block) Goldberg; beloved Zadie of Sarah (B.J.)
Felix, Keith, Steven, Adam, David and Carter Obstein,
Adam, Sam and Benjamin Goldberg, Jessica, William and
Nathan Schwartz, Dylan and Bryce Gastle; proudest
great-grandfather of Samantha Miriam Felix; brother of
Sarah Ablove and the late Belle Weinstein, Marvin and
Kiever Obstein; brother-in-law of Evelyn Berman. Funeral
services were held on Thursday, February 4th at 1 PM
from AMHERST MEMORIAL CHAPEL INC., 281 Dodge Rd.
In lieu of flowers, those wishing may make donations
in Hy's memory to the charity of their choice. The
family will be observing Shiva through Tuesday evening
beginning at 7:30 PM at 53 Royal Pkwy East,
Williamsville. The Family will also hold services on
Friday and Sunday Mornings at 10:00
AM.
